Referral Services

We Can Help

If you, or someone you know, need help with food, you may also need help in other ways. St. Felix Pantry offers referral services and resource information. Our hope is to ensure that all individuals and families have adequate and sustainable resources to support their needs.

Applications must be completed in-person. In order to apply for assistance, please bring the following documentation with you:

  1. Copy of NM Driver’s License and/or official ID for all adults (over 18) in the household.
  2. Current income verification for all adults (over 18) in the household. Types of income verification could include any of the following:
    1. Employment check stubs or copy of check that shows pay period
    2. Social Security/SSI Statements
    3. Retirement Statements
    4. TANF or Unemployment Statements
    5. Child Support Documentation
    6. Any other sufficient documentation that clearly states gross income
    7. If there is no income for an individual, a Certification of Zero Income form will be completed and signed at the office.
  3. Copy of shot records or Medicaid/insurance cards for ALL children under the age of 18 that verifies age of child.
  4. Copy of the CURRENT past due utility or rent/mortgage bill.
    1. If requesting assistance with past due rent from an individual landlord, please provide a copy of the lease agreement as well.

St. Felix Pantry also emergency financial assistance to individuals and families with past-due bills. If you have questions about the process, please contact our referral office at 505-891-8075.
