St. Felix Pantry relies on our volunteers to serve the people who come to us each week. We are grateful to the many volunteers who give of their time, energy, and talents in our ministry! Our volunteers believe in the mission of St. Felix Pantry and want to be part of transformation in their community. We truly live the motto “neighbors helping neighbors” daily.

Learn more about our some of our volunteer opportunities below – and call us at 505-891-8075 with any questions.

Food Pantry

Food Pantry volunteers serve on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays between 6am and 12pm. Volunteers help sort and package produce for our guests, bag groceries for distribution, greet guests when they arrive, and help guests to their cars as needed.

Kitchen

Volunteers in our kitchen serve on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays between 8am and 12pm. We often receive items in bulk – and their role is essential in repackaging these donations for our guests. They also help sort eggs so only the best go to our guests!

Warehouse

Warehouse volunteers are on the front-lines of our donation intake. We sort all donations according to USDA guidelines to ensure expired or damaged donations are not distributed to our guests. Warehouse volunteers work in the mornings Tuesdays – Saturdays.

Serve with compassion. Make a difference. Become part of something bigger.
